For years, Nationale Bond EHBO relied on manual processes to manage member data and organizational records. Updates to personal details had to be processed centrally, creating delays and an administrative burden. The lack of a modern system also meant clubs had no efficient way to manage their own data or streamline training registrations. Off-the-shelf software was not an option—most solutions were either too rigid to accommodate the organization’s unique structure as a union of member clubs or too costly for a volunteer-run NGO. With volunteer availability declining, the organization urgently needed a cost-effective, flexible, and user-friendly digital solution to save time, reduce administrative work, and support the continued growth of its community.
