From 3 to 5 November, WEM No-Code is at stand 08.C041 in Hall 8. Bring the logistics process that keeps landing in someone's inbox, and we'll walk through how governed AI agents and no-code workflows turn it into a decision your operation can trace.
WEM No-Code is exhibiting at ICT&Logistiek 2026, held 3 to 5 November at Jaarbeurs Utrecht, at stand 08.C041 in Hall 8. Our focus is the event's "Beslissen met AI" (Deciding with AI) theme: letting AI agents propose decisions in logistics operations while the platform keeps scope, approvals, and the audit trail under control.
Logistics teams don't lack AI pilots. What stalls is the step after the recommendation: which system acts on it, who approved it, and what record exists when a customer asks. The usual answer is a better model or another point tool. In practice the gap is the layer between your TMS, WMS, and ERP, where a proposal has to become a governed action.
That layer is where WEM No-Code works. C&A built an SAP-integrated supply chain system on it in 4 weeks, and Arval cut the processing of returned vehicles from 22 days to 2. Read on for how this year's six themes connect, or see the WEM No-Code logistics solutions first.
The 2026 themes
ICT&Logistiek 2026 is organized around six themes, from connected data and automation to AI, real-time control, sustainability, and measurable performance. Read as a list, they look like six separate buying decisions.
Read in order, they describe one chain: data has to connect before it can be automated, automation has to be trusted before AI can decide, and decisions have to hold up under disruption before anyone can measure their impact. Most systems on the expo floor own one link. The weak point is usually the handoff between links, which is the layer WEM No-Code is built for.
| Theme | What the theme asks | Where WEM No-Code fits | Proof |
|---|---|---|---|
| Verbonden Digitale LogistiekConnected digital logistics | Can data move across the chain and network without manual re-entry? | Connects to TMS, WMS, and ERP over REST, SOAP, and OData, with a pre-built SAP connector. | C&A built an SAP-integrated supply chain system in 4 weeks. Case study |
| Slimme Automatisering & RoboticsSmart automation and robotics | Does automation actually work in daily operations? | Automates the workflows around robots and systems: approvals, exceptions, and handoffs. WEM No-Code does not build robotics hardware. | Arval processes 50% of vehicle returns without human involvement. Case study |
| Beslissen met AIDeciding with AI | Can AI help teams decide faster and better? | Governed AI agents propose. The platform checks scope and rules, routes to a person when required, and logs every action. | See the decision flow in the next section. |
| Grip op de OperatieControl of the operation | Can you keep control in real time, including during disruption? | Exception-handling workflows that business teams change themselves, without a development ticket. | Arval cut returned-vehicle processing from 22 days to 2. |
| Duurzaam & EnergiebewustSustainable and energy-aware | Can you perform within energy, CO₂, and capacity limits? | Custom modules that extend an existing transport management environment toward sustainability goals. | TSN Groen is on track toward 100% CO₂-neutral operations. Case study |
| Prestaties & ImpactPerformance and impact | Does technology turn into measurable results at scale? | Business teams build and iterate in-house, which shortens the path from idea to result. | LTL Woodproducts raised customer satisfaction 20% within three months. Case study |
Beslissen met AI
A planner gets an AI recommendation to reroute a shipment or release a held order. The model may well be right. What can't be skipped is what happens next: which system executes it, who approved it, and what record exists if a customer or auditor asks.
The common assumption is that better decisions come from a better model. One of this year's featured keynotes makes a related point: the real AI question is not which tool to buy, but where an organization builds its intelligence. In logistics operations, the harder gap sits one step later, between a recommendation and a governed action.
The agent reasons, but the platform decides. An AI agent can classify, propose, and draft. The workflow around it defines what the agent may touch, which rules a proposal must pass, and where a person signs off. Because every action is logged by the platform rather than the model, the audit trail is a byproduct of running the process.
Go deeper: agentic AI governance, five roles for AI agents in logistics and transport, or the WEM No-Code Agentic AI platform.
How a governed AI decision runs in WEM No-Code
A delay, a damage report, or a returned vehicle enters the workflow.
An AI agent classifies the case and drafts the next action.
Scope, business rules, and data access, as defined by IT.
Only where the workflow requires an approval.
In your TMS, WMS, or ERP through existing integrations.
Every function call and state change is recorded by the platform.
Customer proof
Each figure comes from the customer's case study on wem.io, linked below each card. Two of the four connect directly to existing ERP or SAP systems; Arval built a new core system for vehicle returns.

At the stand
The most useful trade show conversations start with a real process, not a product tour. Three good places to start:
Delays, damage reports, and returns that land in a shared inbox and wait for someone to triage them.
Order or stock data retyped between ERP, TMS, WMS, and carrier or customer portals.
A planning or rate file one person maintains that the operation can't run without.

ICT&Logistiek 2026 runs 3 to 5 November at Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, in Halls 8 and 9, open 09:30 to 16:30 each day. Registration is free, and one ticket also gives access to Logistica Next in Hall 7. Register here.
At stand 08.C041 in Hall 8, as listed in the official exhibitor list. If you want to talk through a specific process, book a time in advance so the right specialist is available.
No. WEM No-Code works alongside your core systems, connecting through REST, SOAP, and OData, with a pre-built SAP connector, and adds workflows, portals, and governed AI agents on top. C&A's supply chain system, for example, interfaces with its existing SAP platform.
AI agents work inside workflows that define their scope. A proposal must pass the business rules IT has set, goes to a human approver where the workflow requires it, and every action is logged by the platform. The audit trail comes from running the process, not from separate documentation work.
